Terms of Service

Welcome to Miami Coast Express. These terms apply when you use MiamiCoastExpress.com or book a pickup, local delivery, or shipment to Haiti with us.

Booking and payment

Provide accurate sender, recipient, address, phone, and shipment information. Prices shown online are starting prices unless a final price is confirmed for your shipment. Additional charges, if any, will be explained before you agree to them. Payment is due as stated when you book or receive your invoice.

Items you send

You are responsible for describing your items accurately and packing them securely, unless we agree to provide packing. Tell us before booking about fragile, high-value, or unusual items. We may decline an item that we cannot safely or lawfully transport.

If you buy items online and send them to our warehouse, include the name and reference information we give you so we can identify the shipment. Contact us before sending items to confirm that we can accept them.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup dates and delivery times depend on scheduling, destination, transportation, and conditions outside our control. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing. The recipient must provide correct contact information and cooperate with delivery arrangements.

Cancellations and problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will explain whether your shipment can still be canceled and any applicable refund.

If you believe a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us at miamicoastexport@gmail.com or 305-407-7567 with your receipt or shipment number. Please provide photos of any damage and keep the packaging while we review the issue. If we confirm that a shipment is lost, we will refund the shipping fee paid to Miami Coast Express for that shipment. Any claim concerning the value of the contents will be reviewed according to the written shipment agreement and applicable law.

Website information

We work to keep our website accurate, but service areas, availability, and prices may change. We will confirm the terms of your shipment before accepting it. We may update these website terms; the terms provided when your shipment is booked will govern that shipment unless you agree to a change.
